💼 About This Role

You'll lead partner delivery capability development within Okta's Customer First team, ensuring partners deploy Okta solutions successfully. Your core impact is driving partner maturity and maintaining implementation quality across a regional portfolio. This role works cross-functionally with Professional Services and Alliances to scale partner-led delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop delivery capability across assigned partner portfolio
• Guide partners through Service Delivery Partner maturity model
• Review and validate partner go-live submissions
• Track ecosystem capability trends and identify gaps

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise software delivery, professional services, or partner success
• Experience with system integrators or service delivery partners
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts
• Ability to evaluate partner capabilities and recommend improvement strategies

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with programming languages like .NET, JavaScript, Python, Java
• Experience with load balancers, reverse proxies, or Web Access Management tech
• Familiarity with AI/ GPTs
