Responsibilities
- Solve global billing inquiries via telephone and ticketing system within SLAs
- Analyze contracts, invoices, and billing detail records for accuracy
- Process invoice disputes and work with customers to resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Customer Success, Sales, Finance
- Support monthly revenue close cycle and complete special projects
