Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Solve global billing inquiries via telephone and ticketing system within SLAs
• Analyze contracts, invoices, and billing detail records for accuracy
• Process invoice disputes and work with customers to resolve issues
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Customer Success, Sales, Finance
• Support monthly revenue close cycle and complete special projects
