💼 About This Role

You'll support Licensed Colorists and the Shift Lead to deliver a seamless guest experience at our Hair Color Bar. You'll learn services like consultations, shampooing, conditioning, and blowouts while working towards promotion to Licensed Colorist. This role offers hands-on training in a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and styling services.
• Assist with finishing services and product application per guest request.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
