🎯 What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and mentor a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives
- Monitor and deliver sales targets, developing local networks
- Analyze marketing campaigns and provide comprehensive reporting
- Manage DSR inventory and audit recommendations
📋 Requirements
- Experience in Sales within FinTech, Microfinance, Telecommunications, or FMCG
- Proven sales and negotiation skills to surpass targets
- Expertise in team motivation and leadership
