Description

You will provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, ranging from infants to older adults, including those with low acuity or trach and vent needs. You will work one-on-one with clients, build meaningful relationships, and follow doctors' orders while documenting care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Passion for skilled nursing
• Ability to work with diverse client ages and acuity levels
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
• Willingness to complete training and onboarding

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes and provide skilled nursing care
