You'll lead the Enrichment and AI Insights team within Sophos's XDR platform, managing distributed engineers across India and North America. You'll own delivery of data enrichment and AI initiatives at massive scale, processing trillions of events weekly. This role offers a chance to shape AI-driven security capabilities following the Secureworks acquisition.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience with distributed teams
• Solid understanding of large-scale data processing systems
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, microservices
