Description

You will serve as the primary electrical subject matter expert for Rocket Lab's headquarters and Engine Development Center, planning and executing electrical infrastructure projects and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years electrical maintenance experience (Senior) or 10+ years (Master) in aerospace, automotive, medical device, or regulated manufacturing
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Experience with facilities systems and improvement projects
• Ability to interpret schematics and diagrams
• Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and local building codes

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary electrical subject matter expert for HQ and Engine Development Center
• Plan, scope, and execute electrical infrastructure projects
• Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrade of building electrical systems (120V-480V, 3-phase)
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and construction drawings
• Manage electrical work orders through JIRA and prioritize based on production impact and safety risk
