Description

You will participate in an 18-month rotational program across supply chain functions, analyzing tradeoffs in cost, quality, and responsiveness, and building key cross-functional relationships to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Recent MBA or supply chain-focused Master's graduate (2024 or later)
• Interest in learning how operations team works cohesively
• First few years of post-graduate career
• Reside in US except SF Bay, NYC, or DC Metro Areas

Responsibilities

• Analyze tradeoffs of cost, quality, responsiveness across supply chain
• Develop understanding of vendor base and track industry trends
• Adopt negotiation strategies for optimal sourcing terms
• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive cross-functional projects on Integrated Business Planning
