💼 About This Role

You'll lead sales strategy and operations for a high-growth AI video security startup, working hands-on with leadership to scale the sales organization. You'll drive forecasting, planning, and systems improvements that have immediate impact in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain recurring sales reporting for business reviews
• Analyze pipeline, conversion, and rep productivity to surface insights
• Own and improve core sales workflows across Hubspot and tools
• Support onboarding and ramp programs for new hires

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or sales operations
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to work onsite five days per week

✨ Nice to Have

• SQL, Tableau, Looker experience
• Prior experience supporting sales or go-to-market teams
• MBA preferred
