💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily QC lab operations at a late-stage biotech company redefining stem cell transplants. You'll manage a team, ensure cGMP compliance, and lead investigations to support life-saving cell therapies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead routine QC testing on raw materials and final products
• Supervise QC team, prioritize tasks, and ensure GMP compliance
• Conduct audit trail reviews and lead OOS investigations
• Prepare and review SOPs, batch records, and documentation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology)
• 5+ years in GMP-regulated QC lab
• 2+ years in supervisory or lead role
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and ICH guidelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in audit trail reviews
