You'll source off-market residential properties, negotiate with sellers, and collaborate with sales agents to power investor transactions. You'll leverage proprietary market data to make dozens of offers monthly, with earnings potential unmatched in the fix-and-flip space.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Source residential properties through prospecting, research, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Build relationships with homeowners, wholesalers, agents, and other local sources.
- Analyze properties to determine investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps, etc.).
- Negotiate and secure purchase contracts with sellers.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in residential real estate, wholesaling, fix-and-flip, or property management.
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions.

- Experience in transactional sales with a proven track record.
- Knowledge of fix-and-flip or investment real estate.
- Familiarity with market analysis tools.
