Description

You will lead a team of 3 to 20 associates in our Outbound and Inbound Departments, overseeing production, quality, and safety. Your role involves assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, ensuring SLAs are met, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Previous or similar experience in a leadership position
• Fast and efficient with focus on safety and quality
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Gmail, Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Docs

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 to 20 associates
• Assign team duties according to the WLA
• Monitor productivity and update UPH charts hourly
• Ensure Department SLAs and quality standards are met
• Complete Start-of-Shift and End-of-Shift checklists and reports
