You'll create clarity, maintain momentum, and ensure follow-through across the business, handling both strategic and operational work. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure CEO focuses on highest-leverage work
• Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution
• Translate discussions into clear action items and accountability
• Prepare materials for executive, board, and investor discussions

📋 Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar
• Proven ability to drive high-impact initiatives in fast-moving environments
• Strong analytical skills with business performance data
• Excellent communication skills with executives and stakeholders
