🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues on the Boomi platform
• Analyze error logs and network traces to identify root causes
• Provide follow-the-sun support for global customers
• Collaborate with engineering teams on escalated cases

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere Platform
• 2-4 years total experience in IT Consulting or Software Development
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP/WSDL and tools like Postman
• Practical command of Java, Groovy, JavaScript, or React

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
