Description

You will operate autonomous test vehicles in manual and autonomous mode, collect data using proprietary software, troubleshoot operational issues, perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance, occasionally educate the public about autonomous vehicle technology, and conduct high-profile ridealongs for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Valid Texas driver's license with 3+ years US driving experience
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug test
• Strong communication skills and comfort with online collaboration tools
• Ability to operate standard field equipment (laptops, tablets, smartphones)
• Proven reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle in manual and autonomous mode up to 8 hours per day in diverse traffic conditions
• Utilize proprietary software to collect data and provide detailed feedback to engineers
• Troubleshoot operational issues in real time and collaborate with dispatch team
• Conduct daily vehicle inspection checks and perform basic maintenance tasks
• Monitor onboard safety and navigational systems while maintaining situational awareness
