🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage hourly associates and production shifts
• Coach and develop team members for performance
• Ensure quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale
• Conduct safety meetings and accident investigations
• Track absenteeism and timekeeping daily

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in production
• Ability to multitask in a cool/cold environment (10-40°F)
• Computer literacy for data entry and reporting

• Experience in food production or logistics
• Lean or Six Sigma certification
• Bilingual skills (Spanish)
