You'll lead the design and engineering of high-performance GPU fabrics and global interconnects for AI infrastructure. You will drive automation and scalability, translating complex requirements into production networks. This role combines deep technical leadership with building a development culture at a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end network architecture development lifecycle.
• Drive engineering of low-latency, high-bandwidth HPC fabrics.
• Architect Network-as-Code CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Evaluate and certify next-generation networking hardware.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in large-scale network engineering with 5+ years leadership.
• Deep expertise in data center fabric design (Clos, BGP, EVPN-VXLAN).
• Experience with RDMA, RoCEv2, and InfiniBand for HPC.
• Proficiency in network automation (Python, Go, Terraform, Ansible).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with merchant silicon (Broadcom, Barefoot).
• Knowledge of IPv6-only fabrics and 800G/1.6T transitions.
• Experience designing private backbones and peering with hyperscalers.
