🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise team of quality control specialists
• Execute in-process and final product inspections
• Support investigations for non-conformances and deviations
• Train and mentor staff on quality procedures

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of QC experience in sterile compounding
• Knowledge of USP and cGMP standards
• Associate's or Bachelor's in relevant science
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MRP/ERP systems
• FDA 21CFR 210/211 knowledge
• Pharmacy Technician license
