Description

You will lead the strategy and scaling of our Personalization Framework, using ML to deliver personalized messages and payment options to patients. This high-impact platform role acts as a force-multiplier for internal squads, driving AI-driven patient journeys that reduce friction in the healthcare financial experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product leadership with 3+ in ML-driven personalization
• Fluency in AI/ML, data pipelines, feature engineering, and Gen AI
• Expert in experimentation design and data interpretation
• Experience building foundational capabilities (SDKs, APIs, Internal Tools)
• Cross-functional leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Scale and optimize the Personalization Engine with deep learning
• Own the multi-year AI strategy for Cedar Pay's intelligence
• Enable product squads by defining APIs and integration mechanisms
• Guide front-end experience in consuming platform intelligence
• Drive rigorous hypothesis-driven experimentation with A/B testing
