You'll lead the plant's operations team, focusing on safety, quality, and production excellence for Cirkul's beverage cartridge system. Your core impact will be driving continuous improvement and operational KPIs while coaching and developing employees. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and improve operational KPIs including safety, quality, production, cost, and staffing.
• Oversee operations team with a focus on continuous improvement and growth mindset.
• Develop and implement a world-class culture and work systems.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met to deliver high-quality products.

📋 Requirements

• Four-year degree in business, operations management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of operations leadership in a high-velocity manufacturing environment.
• Significant experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, Kaizen, and 5S.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both salaried professionals and hourly production associates.

• Autonomous maintenance implementation experience.
• Experience in high-growth or hyper-growth companies.
• Certification in lean or six sigma.
