You'll provide exceptional customer service and share your fandom knowledge to help fans find the merch they love. You'll also stock shelves and maintain a visually appealing store environment as part of the Hot Topic team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Cover the sales floor and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales at the register
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise products using approved equipment
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
