You'll also design and release standardized execution frameworks that reduce friction and improve predictability. This role blends project delivery with process architecture, requiring strong systems thinking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own cross-functional initiatives from planning through launch
• Audit cross-team workflows and design optimized processes
• Drive adoption of standardized frameworks and SOPs
• Facilitate meetings with clear agendas and documented outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in technical project, program, or operational management roles
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives independently
• Demonstrated experience redesigning workflows or improving operational systems
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking ability

✨ Nice to Have

• eCommerce experience
• Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methods
• PMP or similar certification
