You'll design and build backend services and APIs and new UI/web components for Heron Data's AI-powered document processing platform. Your work will directly impact how fintechs and lenders automate underwriting. This role offers the chance to shape product at a fast-growing AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain backend services and APIs
• Build new UI/web components
• Develop integrations to third-party services and AI models
• Triage bugs and investigate production incidents

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, Flask or FastAPI
• Experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Terraform, GCP, or AWS)
• Ability to ship code frequently and iteratively

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with FastAPI
• Familiarity with Vercel
• Prior work at a fast-growing startup
