💼 About This Role

You'll provide high-level administrative support to directors and board committees in a nonprofit family services clinic. Your core impact involves managing complex scheduling, documentation, and risk management processes. This role stands out as a hybrid position with meaningful cross-agency coordination.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage directors' calendars and coordinate meetings for cross-agency groups.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and distribute board and committee materials.
  • Support Serious Occurrence Reporting (SOR) and Risk Management documentation.
  • Coordinate accreditation cycles and maintain agency manuals and intranet.

📋 Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in nonprofit or human services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and SharePoint.
  • Experience with case management software (CPIN, Matrix, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in facilities, property, or vendor coordination.
  • Familiarity with government or funder reporting (e.g., SORs, Ministry quarterly reports).
