- Provide deal desk support to commercial teams
- Own system health and triage user issues in Salesforce
- Manage commissions data accuracy and payment cycles
- Translate business needs into tooling and process solutions
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Operations or similar analytical role
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools, including configurations
- Comfortable working with large data sets in Google Sheets or Excel
- Experience managing or supporting commissions processes

- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Direct Deal Desk experience
- Familiarity with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Qobra
