  • Provide deal desk support to commercial teams
  • Own system health and triage user issues in Salesforce
  • Manage commissions data accuracy and payment cycles
  • Translate business needs into tooling and process solutions

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales Operations or similar analytical role
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools, including configurations
  • Comfortable working with large data sets in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Experience managing or supporting commissions processes

  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Direct Deal Desk experience
  • Familiarity with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Qobra
