You'll join Masabi to support leading transit agencies and technology partners worldwide, ensuring seamless fare collection. Your core mission is to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by investigating and resolving technical issues quickly. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical skills while making a meaningful impact in the transit industry.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Act as primary contact for 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone and email
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents, collaborating with Product and Engineering
  • Manage incident reports, customer communications, and escalations
  • Deliver training to customers via video conferencing and occasional in-person sessions

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Client-facing technical support or engineering role experience
  • Strong technical skills with methodical investigative approach
  • Fluency in French and excellent English communication
  • Familiarity with support tools like Salesforce or Zendesk

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with relational databases (SQL)
  • Knowledge of frontend or backend tech (HTML, CSS, JS, JSON, Swift, etc.)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and Git
