Description

You will plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Lead on-site teams to deliver projects in sectors like aerospace, defense, and commercial facilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience OR bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in SCIF construction or retrofits highly desired
• Ability to navigate construction sites, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Establish a strong safety culture and monitor compliance with OSHA regulations
• Confer with supervisors, owners, and contractors to resolve work procedures and problems
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines
• Prepare budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports
• Inspect projects for compliance with construction documents, building codes, and environmental regulations
