💼 About This Role

You'll inspect and tune guitars in the final production stages at Fender, a world-famous musical instrument brand. Your work ensures playability and quality, polishing and adjusting instruments to meet exacting standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect guitar for finish flaws and tune for playability
• Adjust truss rod, nut finishing, level and dress frets
• Build control/pick guard assemblies and manage routing packets
• Polish body and neck of each guitar after tune test

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in production inspection
• Guitar playing background and strong building skills
• Knowledge of fret leveling/dressing

• Experience with calipers, micrometers, and digital multimeters
• Soldering equipment and buffing wheel experience
• Product knowledge of current and past guitar models
