🎯 What You'll Do

• Build talent pipelines and processes from scratch
• Recruit, source, and close technical and non-technical talent
• Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions and interview processes
• Shape employer brand and sourcing strategies

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth startup
• Comfortable evaluating engineering pipelines and partnering with technical hiring managers
• Leverage AI and agentic coding tools for workflow automation
• Strong instincts for assessing both skills and culture fit

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ashby or similar recruiting tools
• Recruiting for GTM or finance-adjacent roles
• Curiosity about fintech or AI space
