🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire and develop team members through training and performance reviews
• Manage branch operations to maximize financial success via P&L analysis
• Monitor equipment utilization, warranty recovery, and aged receivables
• Enforce safety standards and legal compliance procedures

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years rental or related industry experience in a rental management role
• Experience in fluid solutions, climate control, power generation, compressed air
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong leadership and people management skills
