💼 About This Role

You'll define the product vision and roadmap for Thorin, an applied AI company building proactive agents that observe work across Slack, email, and documents. Your core impact will be shaping the system's primitives and ensuring powerful agentic capabilities are trusted and scaled by enterprise customers. You'll work directly with Joe Lonsdale and a small founding team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Thorin's product vision and roadmap across visibility, process modeling, guardrails, and agentic execution
• Define core abstractions like what a process, policy, metric, and agent mean in a living enterprise system
• Partner with AI engineers to shape agent behavior, evaluation frameworks, and reliability thresholds
• Lead customer discovery with design partners and early enterprise adopters

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and owning complex software products in enterprise or platform domains
• Proven ability to operate as a founding or early-stage PM, defining product direction without precedent
• Strong technical fluency to reason about AI systems, distributed infrastructure, and product tradeoffs
• CS degree strongly preferred
