💼 About This Role

You'll build and grow the Revenue Operations capability for Octopus Electric Vehicles, a rapidly scaling B2B business. Your work will drive efficiency and alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, directly informing strategic decisions to unlock growth and improve profitability.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead Revenue Operations strategy for B2B go-to-market alignment.
  • Design and implement streamlined sales and marketing processes.
  • Manage and integrate GTM tech stack (CRM, automation, enablement).
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and drive sales forecasting accuracy.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations leadership.
  • Proven experience transforming GTM tech stack and processes.
  • Deep expertise in CRM administration (Pipedrive, HubSpot).
  • Strong quantitative skills with SQL proficiency highly desirable.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Aircall, Databricks, Gong, Trumpet.
  • AI deployment within GTM/RevOps role.
  • Completed a full CRM migration between systems.
