You'll provide evidence-based therapy for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis within Eliot's CBHC program. Your work will directly support clients in developing coping strategies and achieving stability through solution-focused interventions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide evidence-based therapy for first episode psychosis clients
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of clients
• Offer therapy in office, virtual, or community settings
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field
• Independent Clinical Licensure in Massachusetts
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with diverse clinical presentations
