💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and corporate functions across EMEA. You'll use market insights and data to shape hiring decisions and help Pure scale. This role stands out for its strategic partnership with hiring managers and focus on candidate experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role outcomes and interview plans.
  • Design and execute data-informed recruiting strategies for Engineering roles.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple channels.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience at every stage.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience as an in-house recruiter in a tech environment hiring for EMEA.
  • Deep understanding of full technical recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to close.
  • Proven sourcing expertise including Boolean search and social media.
  • Ability to influence and coach stakeholders using data and market insights.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for corporate functions as well as Engineering.
  • Familiarity with software engineering landscape.
  • Event coordination or employer branding experience.
