Description

You will lead validation campaigns for autonomous vehicle systems across simulation, closed-course, and public road environments. You'll guide test development, mentor junior engineers, and improve testing infrastructure to ensure safety and release readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, ECE, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years experience in software QA or system testing for AV, ADAS, robotics, or safety-critical systems
• Expertise in test strategy, test case development, execution, and automation for autonomous systems
• Experience leading end-to-end testing across SIL, HIL, and real-world deployments
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of validation campaigns across simulation, SIL, HIL, and on-vehicle environments
• Own test plans for complex mechatronic and software systems including drive-by-wire, braking, and steering
• Develop and maintain test infrastructure using Python, Shell, and automation frameworks
• Conduct log analysis and root-cause investigations for AV software and hardware
• Mentor junior engineers and represent test engineering in cross-functional planning
