💼 About This Role

You'll lead chemical propulsion system development from clean-sheet design to production, building Apex's propulsion capabilities from the ground up. Your work directly enables the next generation of commercial satellite platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and test chemical propulsion systems
• Design propulsion system architecture and develop specifications
• Develop qualification and acceptance test plans
• Troubleshoot anomalies and ensure design for manufacturability

📋 Requirements

• U.S. Person status required
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, propulsion, or aerospace engineering
• 3+ years of propulsion design and test experience
• Experience with mono and bi-propellant chemical propulsion systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in relevant engineering discipline
• Experience operating leak, burst, proof test facilities
• Experience leading hot-fire test campaigns
