💼 About This Role

You'll own NICE's internal AI adoption agenda, partnering with the CIO and functional VPs to identify use cases, build investment cases, and drive deployment. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution—translating AI opportunities into enterprise-scale impact while coaching leaders on adoption frameworks. You'll be a senior operator who can engage with engineering leaders and the CFO on the same day.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the AI use case roadmap across business functions.
• Partner with CIO to translate business priorities into technical roadmap.
• Define adoption methodology and coach functional leaders.
• Provide hands-on involvement in first 1–2 flagship programs.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
• Subsequent industry experience deploying AI or automation at a technology company.
• Track record of crossing from strategy into execution with AI.
• Credible with both technical and business audiences.
