You will manage large-scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, driving ROI-positive traffic and revenue. Collaborate with product and data science teams to influence platform development and optimization strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on media buying with strong track record in paid search marketing
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising including automated bidding and optimization techniques
  • Experience with large budgets and/or large keyword sets preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose fixes quickly
  • Experience with performance marketing (e.g., search arbitrage, lead gen) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and scale paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) with focus on search arbitrage
  • Manage high-volume accounts ($1M+/month) with tens of millions of keywords across categories
  • Conduct data-driven optimization including A/B tests on creative and targeting strategies
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose fixes
  • Partner with product and data science to inform platform features and automation opportunities
