You will manage large-scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, driving ROI-positive traffic and revenue. Collaborate with product and data science teams to influence platform development and optimization strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on media buying with strong track record in paid search marketing
- Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising including automated bidding and optimization techniques
- Experience with large budgets and/or large keyword sets preferred
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose fixes quickly
- Experience with performance marketing (e.g., search arbitrage, lead gen) preferred
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and scale paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) with focus on search arbitrage
- Manage high-volume accounts ($1M+/month) with tens of millions of keywords across categories
- Conduct data-driven optimization including A/B tests on creative and targeting strategies
- Monitor daily campaign performance, identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose fixes
- Partner with product and data science to inform platform features and automation opportunities
