You'll lead the AI Foundations group of engineering managers and senior ICs at Riot Games, owning the mid-term technical roadmap for ML platforms and tools. Your core impact is building coherent engineering practices across three sub-teams and enabling game studios to adopt AI with confidence. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own mid-term capability roadmap and technical strategy for AI Foundations.
• Track adoption metrics and re-prioritize based on usage data.
• Ensure coherent technical direction across ML sub-teams.
• Establish shared operational practices including cross-team on-call.
• Manage MLE team leads and senior ICs; develop engineering leaders.

📋 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of industry experience including as Senior ML Engineer
• 4+ years of management experience including managing managers
• Track record of shipping production ML systems relied on by other teams
