📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or engineering
• 5+ years in digital product development focused on logistics and e-commerce
• Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies and scrum
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics like cohort analysis, conversion funnel, churn, NPS

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, Power BI, Looker)
• Certifications in product management, agile, or data analysis
• Knowledge of design thinking and innovation methodologies
• Experience in scale-up or fast-growth environments
