💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale CivilGrid's first multi-channel demand gen engine for SaaS construction tech. You'll own the full funnel from awareness to qualified pipeline, partnering with Sales and Product Marketing. This is a chance to found the demand gen function at a well-funded, fast-growing startup with exceptional product-market fit.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute integrated demand strategy across ABM, field, and digital.
  • Design and run ABM campaigns for top strategic accounts.
  • Own website revamp, landing pages, tracking (GA, GTM), and form fills.
  • Manage industry event presence including booth, outreach, and nurture.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of demand gen, growth, or revenue marketing experience.
  • Proven track record influencing multi-million-dollar pipeline through ABM and field programs.
  • Hands-on marketing ops experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA, GTM, and CMS tools.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to manage data quality and optimize for pipeline efficiency.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS construction tech or B2B industrial.
  • Experience with webinar or content syndication programs.
  • Familiarity with account-based advertising platforms.
