You'll lead strategic marketing for our Autoimmune therapeutic area and CRO portfolio, driving integrated campaigns and sales enablement. You'll shape messaging, generate leads, and empower a growing sales team. This role offers high autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own strategic planning and messaging for Autoimmune therapeutic area and FSP services.
• Develop content strategies and sales enablement tools to drive engagement.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns using SEO, SEM, social media, and AI search.
• Lead cross-functional event planning and attend select conferences.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in marketing/life sciences, or advanced degree with 4+ years.
• 6-8 years in marketing with proven independent project leadership.
• Therapeutic area marketing and FSP service experience required; Autoimmune and CRO experience a strong plus.
• Proven success in developing webinars and live events including speaker coordination.
