You'll serve as the main point of contact for established patients, guiding families through our care model and ensuring a seamless experience. You'll own the administrative tasks that make care possible, from scheduling to managing provider orders. This hybrid role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Field inbound calls, messages, and emails with exceptional responsiveness and empathy.
• Guide patients and families through scheduling and appointment confirmations.
• Manage provider orders, screenings, and scheduling for a specific group of providers.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in handling sensitive information.
