💼 About This Role

You'll design, develop, validate, and analyze samples using PCR techniques such as qPCR and ddPCR within a GLP environment. Your work supports gene therapy and cell therapy projects. This role offers hands-on impact in a leading bioanalytical lab.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute molecular assays including qPCR, ddPCR, and nucleic acid extraction.
• Develop and validate methods following SOPs and GLP guidelines.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and prepare summary reports.
• Train junior staff and provide technical guidance on projects.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biochemistry, or related field with 4 years lab experience.
• Experience with qPCR and ddPCR method development and validation.
• Knowledge of GLP requirements and Good Documentation Practices.

• Experience with cell culture and handling human blood or primary cells.
