You'll own the full sales motion for AI-powered legal services, helping law firms restructure their delivery model around AI. You'll work directly with founders and build the sales playbook from scratch.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full sales cycle from cold to close
- Build discovery scripts, demo flow, and objection library
- Structure deals as fixed-fee engagements
- Partner with product and engineering on product inputs
- Represent August at practice-specific conferences
๐ Requirements
- 3โ6 years in closing sales role (SaaS, Legal Tech, or B2B Enterprise)
- Track record of exceeding quota with complex sales
- Strong consultative sales skills to uncover prospect problems
- Comfortable with technical conversations with non-technical buyers
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling into legal or professional services
- JD or prior legal industry experience
