You'll own the full sales motion for AI-powered legal services, helping law firms restructure their delivery model around AI. You'll work directly with founders and build the sales playbook from scratch.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own full sales cycle from cold to close
  • Build discovery scripts, demo flow, and objection library
  • Structure deals as fixed-fee engagements
  • Partner with product and engineering on product inputs
  • Represent August at practice-specific conferences

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3โ€“6 years in closing sales role (SaaS, Legal Tech, or B2B Enterprise)
  • Track record of exceeding quota with complex sales
  • Strong consultative sales skills to uncover prospect problems
  • Comfortable with technical conversations with non-technical buyers

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into legal or professional services
  • JD or prior legal industry experience
