You'll join the fastest-growing fintech in the UK to own high-impact projects across growth, strategy, and execution. You'll apply first-principles thinking to identify opportunities and drive them end-to-end. This role offers high autonomy to shape growth at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and deliver high-impact projects across growth, product, and commercial functions
• Identify opportunities through data, customer insight, and first-principles thinking
• Move from problem definition through strategy to execution without heavy oversight
• Rapidly test and implement new growth initiatives (channels, propositions, processes)

📋 Requirements

• 5–10+ years in strategy, consulting, growth, or operational roles
• Background in top-tier consulting or high-growth startups
• Strong problem-solving skills with bias toward action
• Experience with ABM or RevOps is a strong plus
