💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the operational backbone of global PR, executive communications, and go-to-market communications for a global software company. You'll own agency relationships across the U.S. and EMEA, coordinate product launch communications, and support crisis readiness. This role sits at the intersection of PR, executive communications, and marketing operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage PR agency partners across U.S. and EMEA.
• Draft executive briefing materials and internal communications.
• Coordinate communications workstreams for product launches.
• Support crisis communications plans and escalation protocols.
• Track media coverage and prepare performance reports.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in marketing communications, PR, or corporate communications.
• Experience managing external PR or communications agencies across multiple markets.
• Strong project management skills to create structure and manage ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PR programs in European markets (UK, DACH, Benelux, Nordics).
• Familiarity with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, IDC).
• Experience with media monitoring platforms like Meltwater, Cision, Mention.
