💼 About This Role

You'll support the development and production of footwear and accessories at Rothy's, a sustainable fashion brand. You'll ensure samples move smoothly from design concept to commercialization, collaborating with Product Development, Design, and factory partners. This role offers exposure to 3D knitting technology and a zero-waste production model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Track samples across all development stages
• Maintain sample calendars to support on-time delivery
• Organize sample libraries with documentation and photos
• Enter and maintain product data in PLM systems
• Prepare weekly reporting on sample status and updates

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in product development or sample coordination
• Interest in footwear or accessories product development
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs/Slides

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or design software
