📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in STEM with 8+ years experience or Master's with 6+ years in engineering.
• Active or ability to obtain U.S. Government Top Secret clearance.
• Strong experience in airborne military communications systems including LOS and BLOS.
• Proven expertise in RF systems, antenna design, waveform performance, and link analysis.
