You'll own the mass hiring funnel for a fast-growing fintech in Mexico, driving efficiency and scalability. Your work will directly impact business growth by optimizing candidate acquisition and onboarding as a data-driven product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize end-to-end mass hiring funnel performance
• Analyze candidate and recruiter journeys to reduce drop-offs
• Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion and time-to-hire
• Build dashboards and metrics systems for hiring KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as Product or Growth Manager with funnel focus
• Strong background in acquisition funnels and conversion mechanics
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and hypothesis validation
• B2+ English level for international team communication

• Experience in mass hiring of operational staff (couriers, drivers)
• Experience managing paid acquisition or multi-channel funnels
